Owner Scott McAlister had a vision to create a company that would represent large national names, but still give you small business service without compromise. With the highest standard for our team, finding a fit made the most sense with a former customer. Monica Beynaerts joined our team to lead our Business Development and Sales force—transitioning from 7 years on the Buying side. She knew firsthand the level of service our team provided and had extensive experience in Capital Projects Buying and Field Buying and helped further align our service to meet our customer’s needs. She brings a fresh perspective on what the challenges are for customers and gives them a sense of familiarity as she walks them through what our hydration offering looks like. A customer in a 60 day turnaround has vastly different needs than a customer on a 3 year ground up expansion—and her ability to align our offering to their needs helps them feel a sense of understanding they will be taken care of.
